Job Summary

The company is seeking a Sales Director to focus on our International Publishers offerings. The Sales Director is responsible for Content Engagement platform products to customers primarily within the Media and Publishing markets.  The product lines for Content Engagement includes Advertising, Content, Audience and Commerce solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Generate new and incremental revenue growth through strategic sales planning and tactical execution of all sales activities to meet budgeted sales targets
  • Assess the market and identify scalable opportunities to add value to clients
    Maintain and enhance key customer and partner relationships by overseeing the development and implementation of account plans appropriate for each customer
  • Develop and deliver metrics to support priorities and measure results
  • Act as a role model for the company by embodying the company culture and values
  • Operate efficiently and effectively across existing product sales and reporting, new product sales, technical sales support, and on-boarding of customers to new products



  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales or similar field of study or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years’ of consistent quota attainment
  • Demonstrable track record of success in meeting budgets, negotiating contracts and closing successful deals required
  • Highly organised with a firm understanding of the systems necessary to perform at a high level, including SFDC
  • An ability to articulate the strategic vision of the company and the role of its products in delivering value to its customers required
  • Excellent communications skills, personable, level headed, and enthusiastic about sales required
  • Exceptional organisational management and team-building skills required
  • Experience selling content and related technology offerings within the financial market space is preferred

Package and info

Basic: up to £120,000 depending on experience

OTE: Up to £240,000

Competitive benefits package

Location: Post Covid, you must be able to commute to their London office for team/company meetings etc
