- Work with Manufacturing Team by achieving assigned quota within a given territory by growing selling rate of the companies offerings and accelerators to open new revenue streams (at minimum 25% of existing revenue pipeline)
- Driving the development of new Manufacturing offerings/accelerators which will target address Manufacturing challenges with laser focus
- Validating/identifying and building relationships with all key individuals within Manufacturing Community and a client’s organization (C-level)
- Being a constant public speaker at Manufacturing Industry events globally
- Working with the delivery, pre-sales, inside sales, and marketing teams in generating a new Manufacturing pipeline
- Manufacturing SME and leader with a proven track record leading manufacturing products/services/offerings/accelerators to the market in software development/ digital services
- Recognized as an expert in Manufacturing with demonstrated experience leading technical and business challenges in the Manufacturing industry, as it relates to solutions in the business and technology domain across Manufacturing segments
- A specialist with a minimum of 10 years of applicable Manufacturing experience
- Experienced with custom application development, IT consulting, Cloud, Big Data, AI or digital services in Manufacturing
- Skilled in all aspects of consultative sales and business development including rolling GTM, initiation of new Manufacturing offerings/products, market qualification, define targeted client’s and help Business Development and Marketing Teams to properly shape and sell offerings to the market
